Despite his good intentions, Strangis has a history of trouble and has committed multiple crimes. The most recent one was a scheme to defraud his investors. He was convicted of grand larceny and criminal tax fraud and served a year in jail. After being released from prison, he is now on probation. He will have to pay back the $840,000 he stole from investors in his business.
