There are thousands of different materials used in fashion and homeware. Given the current situation across the globe, in regards to the amount of materials that are wasted, it is only natural to wonder where items are sourced.
In addition to this, it is important to have a good understanding of whether materials are ethically sourced, and how they are made. This can have a big impact on whether or not you decide to purchase an item.
Hi, my name is Dave Roberts. I decided to set up this blog as a way of helping people have a better understanding of how different materials and items are sourced. I’m passionate about purchasing ethically sourced materials, and believe it’s important that we all do our bit in helping to protect the environment.
Over the last 10 years, I have been making more responsible choices when it comes to things I purchase, and where possible, I avoid fast fashion and non-biodegradable products. If we all make small changes to our purchasing habits, this will have such a big, positive impact on the environment.
Through this blog, I hope to encourage others to re-evaluate the way in which they consume fashion, make up, and single-use products. I will be focusing on easy swaps you can make that are more ethical, and talking about whether or not popular items are biodegradable.
This is a useful blog to read if you want to be more environmentally conscious, and believe it is important to reduce your own carbon footprint.
